The KMA Circuit Court in Kumasi has sentenced 26-year-old Robert Sei to six years imprisonment for reckless driving on the Accra-Kumasi road.
He was arraigned after his actions that led to the death of one Kwadwo Boateng and the hospitalization of three others.
Robert was convicted for going contrary to Section 1, Act 683 of the Road Accident Act 2004, after investigations revealed he had no license while driving.

The Court, presided by His Honour Abdul Razark Musah, in delivering judgment said road safety authorities must be blamed for some recklessness on the road.
He cautioned officials of the Police Motor Traffic and Transport Department, the Driver and Vehicle Licensing Authority and the Ghana Police Service to perform their duties efficiently.
The Judge sentenced the accused to six years imprisonment with hard labor and a ban from driving for Life.
