Sehwi Agyemadiem Community Health and Planning Services (CHPS) Compound in the Western North region is facing challenges which are affecting proper health delivery in the area.
The CHPS compound that serves about 15 communities in the Juaboso District has limited sources of water as the workers have to trek vast distances to get access to water.
Senior midwife of Agyemadiem CHPS, said the facility is facing a lot of challenges which are not helping with health delivery.
Agatha Amadu, indicated to Adom News that the lack of a placenta pit, a small labour hall and others have made their work difficult.
However, the Midwife, Agatha Amadu appealed to the government especially non-governmental organisations and individuals to come to their aid.
