Boxing promotional firm, ACE Power Promotions (APP) has promised fireworks at its March 18 promotion scheduled for Bukom Park in Accra.

Dubbed 'The Rise', the event will feature two of ACE Power signees, Holy 'Jaw breaker' Dorgbetor battle George Krampah in a ten round Featherweight bout while Samuel Martei Laryea will be in action against Beninian Kouassi Martin Klaklevi in an eight-round Super Bantamweight contest.

General Manager of ACE Power Promotions, Mr Isaac Amnakwah said the event would feature some of the finest boxers around to entertain boxing fans, urging them to come in their numbers.

According to him, the occasion also seeks to take boxing to "where it started from", get it close to the fans and promote talents.

On the night, undercards on the bill include a six-round lightweight contest between Gideon Nortey and Godwin Kofi Appiah while Isaac Odartey Lamptey Clottey will face Eric Asante for a six-round Super welterweight bout.

In super welterweight fights, Abraham Afful will take on Batholomew Abuchi Uche in a West African contest while Daniel Aduka slugs it out with Kofi Manu.

Emmanuel Quartey will battle Emmanuel Otoo in an eight-round Super featherweight contest while Emmanuel Baidoo and Moses Lartey fist off in an eight-round Super welterweight bout.

There will also be a six-round Super welterweight clash between Dodzi Kemmeh and Felix Mankatah.

Former UBO Intercontinental Champion, Robert 'Stopper' Quaye will stage a return to the ring in a six-round Super lightweight bout with a yet-to-be-announced opponent while Ahmed Abdula in the Light heavyweight will also be in action with an opponent yet to be announced.
