Ghana international Maxwell Woledzi has completed a move to Norwegian side Fredrikstad Fotballklubb from Vitoria Sporting Club.
The 22-year-old has penned a three-year deal with the Norwegian side and brings an end to his short stay with the Portuguese top-flight side.
Woledzi joined Vitoria during the 2022 summer transfer window after leaving FC Nordsjaelland but injuries meant he had very limited opportunities with the club's first team.
The Right to Dream Academy graduate will hope the move to Fredrikstad FK will be an opportunity to rediscover his best form and come into the limelight once again.
"I am very happy to sign for a club like Fredrikstad," he said.
"A club with great ambitions and demands. I think this is the right club and the right place for me to make the next step, and I am looking forward to giving my best to defend the good name of the club and achieve what we all want here at FFK."
Woledzi will become the latest Ghanaian to feature for the Norwegian side after former Ghana U-20 World Cup winner, Dominic Adiyiah, and Razak Nuhu.
