Ghanaian midfielder Forson Amankwah proved pivotal for Red Bull Salzburg on Tuesday night in their Austrina Cup win.
The youngster scored two goals in a 4-0 win over Austria Salzburg as his side advanced to the next round of the cup competition.
Salzburg took the lead in the eighth minute of the encounter through Amar Dedic, taking the 1-0 score into the half-time break.
However, the second half saw the introduction of the Ghanaian who didn't take too long to settle after being brought on.
The midfielder scored two minutes after his introduction in the 62nd minute.
He grabbed his second of the game in the 74th minute of the fixture before Strahimja Pavlovic completed the win 10 minutes later as Salzburg made light work of the home side.
The brace for Amankwah means he has now scored three goals this season for the club, beating his tally from last season.
