Elegant Homes and General Construction Limited has promised to define real estate to provide safe and affordable housing for Ghanaians and all its customers.
The company, one of Ghana's leading real estate developers was over the weekend adjudged the "Best Residential Developer Middle Income Luxurious" at the 15th Ghana Property Awards.
Chief Executive Officer, Samuel Quarshie, said there are great prospects for the real estate industry in the country, adding, his outfit will continue to delight its customers with affordable but quality and stylish houses.

“It’s a very great achievement. Of course last year [2022], we won this award, we worked very hard, and by God’s grace this year, we’ve won it again. We hope to work much harder so that next year [2024], we will win it”.
“Elegant Homes per its name, we’re into affordable, luxurious, and executive housing; even though they’re executive, they’re affordable and we hope to pursue that more. We want Elegant Homes to define real estate in Ghana. We want Elegant Homes to be a household name that wherever you want to buy a property in Ghana, you first think of Elegant Homes before buying the property”.
Mr. Quarshie pointed out that the future is very bright, adding, “We started our premier project at Katamanso [in Greater Accra region], we are building about 400 hundred houses and we’re just on our 60th house”.

Continuing, he said, “We intend to move from Katamanso to other places to build such cities there as well”.
He cautioned prospective homeowners against buying houses from miscreants. “The real estate industry is good. We want to just advise people to contact the right people so that they don’t fall into the hands of miscreants”.
“At Elegant Homes, we have all our land titles and permits in good standing and the entire site is engineered, so we encourage you [prospective homeowners] to come”, Mr. Quarshie pledged .
