Many coastal communities are known for the high incidence of teenage pregnancies.
But, here in Accra’s coastal community of James Town, some adolescent girls are defying the norm to change the narrative.
Despite the tempting desires to engage in vices including early sex and abuse of drugs, they have resorted to helping their mothers sell at the beach to raise money to pursue their dreams.
