Ride-hailing platform, Bolt is still celebrating women, two weeks after International Women’s Day.
On Sunday, March 24, the mobility company organised a brunch that brought together female drivers and riders alike, aiming to foster an air of inclusivity.
The event was aimed at reiterating the company’s commitment to and respect for inclusivity and diversity, in accordance with this year's theme, "Inspire Inclusion”.
Representatives of Bolt said the event was also an acknowledgment of the need to reassess their policies to make the experience more equitable, rather than just equal."

These changes help to clarify the message and improve the flow of the passage.
At a pre-brunch event that addressed “finding your voice for self-advocacy”, a panel comprising Branch Manager for Guinness, Wilma Amoo-Osae and Female Bolt driver, Monica Ayebilla, emphasised the value of personal branding to working in a traditionally male-dominated space.
The event came off at Talkative Moms Studios in East Legon, with a euphoric atmosphere comprising music, photoshoot sessions, multiple networking opportunities and of course plenty of tasty dishes for brunch along with sparkling beverages.
The event wrapped up with attendees assured of excellent customer experience, one that caters to the needs of all riders and drivers alike.
