France national team manager Didier Deschamps has unveiled a 25-man squad set to compete in Euro 2024.
Deschamps made his squad announcement on Thursday, May 16, during TF1's evening news program.
A surprising inclusion is the return of N’Golo Kanté, who hasn't been called up for international duty since June 3, 2022.

Les Bleus boss also calls up PSG winger Bradley Barcola, who is set for his debut in the national team.
Kylian Mbappe will be aiming to redeem himself after missing a crucial penalty in France's unexpected exit at the Euro 2020 round of 16 against Switzerland.
The squad features young talent like Warren Zaïre-Emery, PSG's 18-year-old midfield sensation and recent recipient of the Young Ligue 1 Player of the Year award. Meanwhile, veteran Olivier Giroud,37, prepares for what is expected to be his final major tournament with Les Bleus before his move to LAFC.
Notably absent is PSG left-back Lucas Hernandez, sidelined due to a season-ending ACL injury suffered during a Champions League match against Dortmund. Despite injury concerns, Deschamps includes Real Madrid's Aurélien Tchouaméni and Bayern Munich's Kingsley Coman in the squad.
France will play two friendlies before heading to Germany. They face Luxembourg in Metz on June 5 and Canada in Bordeaux four days later.
The 2022 World Cup runners-up commence their Euro campaign against Austria on June 17 in Leipzig, followed by matches against the Netherlands on June 21 and Poland on June 25, both in Dortmund.
