A pioneering perfumer from Ghana, Yusif Meizongo Jr has chalked another milestone.
As Ghana's first artisan perfumer and the founder of Maison Yusif, a niche fragrance house, he became the first Ghanaian to complete the olfaction training and modules programme from the International Perfume Foundation for Natural Perfumery in France.
The certification was awarded by the foundation's Director, Creezy Courtoy.
Known for his exceptional sense of smell and creativity, Yusif Meizongo Jr has gained international recognition for his fragrances.
On June 9th, he also became the first African to complete all training modules offered by the International Association of Therapists, earning the title of certified perfume and aromatherapy trainer.
He was welcomed as a distinguished member of the association.
