The Communication Director at the Presidency, Eugene Arhin, has extended congratulations to Gizella Agbotui Tetteh for her re-election as Member of Parliament for Awutu Senya West.
While acknowledging the disappointment of the election outcome, Mr Arhin in a Facebook post, stressed the importance of unity, resilience, and continued dedication to the constituency’s development.
Eugene Arhin, who had campaigned vigorously for his vision for Awutu Senya West, expressed his gratitude to NPP supporters for their unwavering support and commitment.
Despite the defeat, he reassured them that the values and principles that brought them together would remain steadfast.
“I have just called Hon. Gizella Agbotui Tetteh to congratulate her on her re-election as MP for Awutu Senya West. Whilst the outcome is not what I hoped for, the people of Awutu Senya West have spoken,” Mr Arhin wrote.
He continued by thanking the NPP supporters in the constituency, noting their dedication, energy, and belief in his vision for the area.
He stated that, although the NPP did not secure victory in this election, the journey was far from over.
“This is not the end of our journey—it’s simply a new chapter,” Arhin wrote, calling for unity and a continued focus on the betterment of Awutu Senya West.
Arhin’s message concluded with a call to remain hopeful, humble, and committed to making a positive impact in the constituency.
“Let us remain united, hopeful, and committed to making a difference in Awutu Senya West. Thank you, stay humble, and may God bless us all,” he added.
Mr Arhin’s post reflects the spirit of resilience and dedication to the constituency that transcends political outcomes, urging supporters to continue working towards a better future for Awutu Senya West.
