Learning Organisation, an HR firm which offers variety of personal development training programmes, is organising a programme, dubbed: “Storytelling for the Authentic Leadership”, on the 12th of February, 2025.
The Chief Executive Officer of Learning Organisation, Isaac Sackey said, the Authentic Leadership Storytelling programme is aimed at helping, developing and practicing authenticity in everyday life of leaders. The programme is also to redefine leadership agency, role and applications.
He added that the power and effects of good storytelling in the workplace will also be achieved.
“The Storytelling programme will help to reframe a personal and professional leadership story, show how stories impact on a company’s health, wealth and wisdom, as well as give understanding of how stories influenced work performance and ethics”, Mr. Sackey explained.
The facilitator of the programme, Dr. Dorian Haarhoff, is a storyteller and a writer with a range of publications to his credit.
He is a former Professor of English (University of Namibia) with a passion for and keen understanding of the power of stories in professional and private life.

Dr. Dorian, through his skills, experience and insights, uses storytelling as a means of creating new realities. For the past seven years, he has been involved in teaching and evaluating the Executive MBA program at UCT’s Graduate School of Business, where the emphasis has been on Leadership development.
The Storytelling programme is scheduled to take place at La Palm Royal Beach hotel, Accra.
