Danish club AC Horsens are on the verge of signing highly-rated Ghana U17 international Joseph Narbi after reaching an agreement with Kumasi-based Benab FC.
Narbi, a standout in Laryea Kingston’s Black Starlets squad, captured national attention during the WAFU Zone B U17 tournament in Ghana.
He is best remembered for his stunning curler that secured Ghana’s equalizer against Burkina Faso, further cementing his reputation as a rising star.
Scouts from AC Horsens were in attendance at the tournament and were reportedly impressed by Narbi’s technical ability, energy, and pace.
The club has closely tracked his progress since and believes the young winger has the potential to thrive in their system.
AC Horsens has been actively investing in African talent in recent months.
Narbi is set to join a growing list of Ghanaian players at the club, including winger Saani Ishak Mohammed, who arrived from Accra Hearts of Oak in January, as well as striker Kwaku Karikari and midfielder Abdul Salam Moro, both signed in the summer of 2024.
