As anticipation builds for the World Ministers Training and Conference set to take place in the United States from Wednesday, July 16 to Sunday, July 20, 2025, the spotlight shines on Pastor Eromosele Ojiemudia, National Coordinator of the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG) in Lithuania.

The event that was initially scheduled for May 17 to 23, 2025, has been moved to accommodate more ministers and ministrations. In an exclusive interview with Ghana National News, Pastor Ojiemudia shares insights into the purpose, impact, and spiritual vision behind this global gathering of faith leaders.

Q: Pastor Ojiemudia, what inspired the creation of the World Ministers Training and Conference?

Pastor Ojiemudia: Over the years, I’ve observed a growing need to equip ministers not only with biblical knowledge but also with tools to address real-world challenges like violence, war, and moral decay. The Lord impressed it upon my heart to bring leaders together to learn, pray, and strategise for a global harvest of souls. This conference is designed to reignite the passion and integrity needed in ministry today.

Q: Why is this conference especially important at this point in time?

Pastor Ojiemudia: We live in very troubled times. Pastors and ministers face unprecedented pressures, and many communities are in desperate need of hope and spiritual leadership. This conference will offer encouragement, renewal, and practical training to help ministers lead with strength, wisdom, and compassion.

Q: Ghanaian pastors and bishops are expected to attend. What can they expect from this gathering?

Pastor Ojiemudia: Ghana has produced outstanding ministers with a rich spiritual heritage. Attendees can expect intensive workshops, deep biblical exposition, and interactive sessions that focus on evangelism, leadership integrity, youth mentorship, and navigating global challenges. It’s also a beautiful opportunity for cross-cultural learning and networking.

Q: How does this initiative build on your past work with conferences like the Baltic Prayer Conference and Pathway Academy?

Pastor Ojiemudia: Each of those conferences was a divine assignment. From the Leadership Prayer Conference in 2018 to the Pathway Academy in 2021, our aim has been to strengthen the global body of Christ. This upcoming conference is a continuation—and expansion—of that vision, now on a global scale.

Q: What message would you like to leave with pastors in Ghana?

Pastor Ojiemudia: Ministry is not just about preaching; it’s about transformation. I urge every minister to pursue growth, embrace accountability, and lead with love. This conference is a call to action. I warmly welcome Ghanaian pastors to join us for this life-changing experience.
