President of RNAQ Holdings, Richard Nii-Armah Quaye, has been honoured with the Young Achiever Male Award at the 10th EMY Africa Awards, held on Saturday, November 22.
This year’s ceremony marked a decade of the Evolve. Motivate. Yield (EMY) Africa Awards, an event widely regarded as one of the continent’s most prestigious platforms for celebrating excellence.
Hosted at the Accra International Conference Centre (AICC), the anniversary edition was themed “Celebrating the Legacy,” paying tribute to African trailblazers whose contributions continue to shape communities, industries, and cultures across the continent and the diaspora.
More than 20 distinguished personalities were celebrated on the night, spanning fields such as business, public service, sports, the arts, and the creative industries.

Since its launch in 2016, the EMY Africa Awards has maintained its mission of honouring exceptional men and influential women whose work inspires progress, leadership, and innovation.
Richard Nii-Armah Quaye’s recognition as the Young Achiever Male Award winner highlights his impact as a rising leader in Ghana’s business landscape and his continued influence on youth empowerment and entrepreneurship.
Speaking after receiving the award, he said, "Let me thank EMY Africa for this honour. I am very grateful. I would also like to use this opportunity to wish EMY Africa a happy 10th anniversary."
Mr. Nii-Armah Quaye also dedicated the award to his mother, who he says raised him and his sister, inspiring and encouraging him in the best ways to bring out the best in him.
