Media reports from Turkey and Germany say that Kevin-Prince Boateng has agreed a deal to join Galatasaray.
According to Galatasaray President Dursun Özbek, the Ghanaian has already given the team a commitment to a four-year contract.
Out of favour with Schalke now, Boateng, has reportedly also agreed personal terms.
The 28-year-old was recently frozen by his German club after their loss to FC Koln in the Bundesliga and is widely expected to leave the club in the summer.
Boateng’s presence at former club, AC Milan’s league match at the San Siro last weekend, sparked rumours of a possible return but a report by Turkish media outlet, Haber, claims that he has sealed personal terms worth 1.5 million euros with Galatasaray.
The suspended Ghana international who can play across midfield and in attack, has one more year in his contract with Schalke and according to the report, the Turkish giants want to beat down his 5 million euro valuation by the Gelsinkirchen-based side.
