Mali star Adama Traore was named the best player of the FIFA U-20 World Cup in New Zealand after inspiring Mali to the bronze medal on Saturday.
The Lille of France star (also pictured below) sealed his Golden Ball prize with two stunning goals and a superb assist as Mali defeated West African neighbours Senegal 3-1 in Auckland to win the third-place match in the early hours of the morning.
Traore emulates legendary compatriot Seydou Keita, who won the Golden Ball in 1999 in Nigeria, after also inspiring the young Eagles to the bronze medal.

Brazil's Danilo was named the second best player, while champions Serbia's Sergej Milinkovic got the Bronze Ball.
Ukraine's Viktor Kovalenko won the Golden Boot with five goals, same tally as Hungary's Bence Mervo, who got the Silver Ball, while Germany's Marc Stendera was third best scorer with four goals.
The best goalkeeper award went to Serbia's Predrag Rajkovic, while Ukraine won the Fair play award.
Debutants Serbia were crowned champions after stunning five-time champions Brazil 2-1 in a game that went into extra time.
The main award comes to Africa again, after Ghana striker Dominic Adiyiah claimed it in 2009 when teh Black Satellites won the trophy in Egypt. Adiyiah also won the Golden Shoe gong for top scorer.
