The Accra based pastor who made allegations of wrongdoing against the Chief Justice has been granted bail.
He told Joy News the bail came after about seven hours of questioning at the Bureau of National Investigations (BNI).
BNI officials Saturday invited Rev. Kwarteng Amaning for interrogation.
He had held a news conference on Thursday during which he called for the resignation of the Chief Justice for allegedly conniving with the NPP to subvert the will of the people in the 2008 elections.
Mr. Kwarteng would not disclose full details of the discussions he had with the BNI except to say he was questioned on his comments during the press conference and his purported meeting at which the NPP plotted to use the courts to subvert the 2008 general elections.
The head of the Gospel Evangelical Crusaders said he is not shaken at the turn of events believing the truth shall prevail.
