Interim Kotoko coach, Michael Osei, has praised his side for their convincing 3-0 win over Ebusua Dwarfs.
Dauda Mohammed’s strike sandwiched in between a Frank Sarfo Gyamfi meant Kotoko won back to back games for only the second time this season.
Despite missing a flurry of chances, Osei was still pleased with the output of his players.
“We know such a game will be a tricky game but we were confident we could win,” Osei told reporters.
“We went into this game with confidence and with such a result, I can congratulate my guys because they have done a fantastic job.”
“Our game plan worked perfectly. We wanted to get an early game and we got it so tactically we were disciplined.”
“The determination and character was also there.”
Kotoko move up to 5th after the victory.
