A former Human Resource Manager of the Ghana Broadcasting Corporation has given the Director-General a 24-hour ultimatum to withdraw a disclaimer placed on him.
Kwadwo Kusi Boakye resigned from GBC on the November 10.
He accused his former boss, Mr William Ampem Darko of deliberately engaging in acts to disgrace him.
He told Luv News’ Elton John Brobbey he will take legal action against the corporation and the Director-General if Mr Ampem-Darko fails to retract the disclaimer and apologize to him.
Mr Boakye claimed the GBC Director-General had forced him to recruit unqualified persons into the corporation, an allegation Mr Ampem-Darko has dismissed.
He said the former HR Manager was dismissed for misconduct as a result of which the disclaimer was issued cautioning the public against dealing with him.
