Ghana Premier League Referee Emmanuel Ofei has died after he was knocked down by a car.
The referee who was having his usual jogging between the Adukrom and Koforidua stretch, faced his untimely death when a 307 benz bus with registration number ER 4212C run over him.
His body has since been deposited at the Tetteh Quarshie Memorial Hospital at Mampong Akuapem in the Eastern Region.
Referee Emmanuel Offei was one of the referee who have been officiating in the 2015/16 Ghana Premier League.
