New information reaching Adom News indicates that a Ghanaian, Madam Victoria Amartey who was found dead in her room at Peckham in London, was not decomposed at the time police found her body.Reliable sources from London say church members of the deceased tried reaching her on phone for a number of days and when they were not able to do so, they reported to the Peckham Police. The police then moved in and broke the door to her room and found the lifeless body at the kitchen door but it was not decomposed as reported earlier. The cause of death is still not yet known.Madam Amartey was a Chorister at the London-based Trinity Baptist Church.Friends in London described her as good, generous, friendly and humble woman who was accommodating and tolerant of everybody. Her brother, Frederick Amartey also told Adom News that she was one of the strong pillars of the family.Frederick said “Victoria was recently in Ghana for our mother’s birthday party but for the past two weeks we have not heard from her.”Story by: Samuel Nii Narku Dowuona/Adom News/Ghana
