Accra Mayor Alfred Oko Vanderpuije was trying to interact with former President Jerry John Rawlings while the two were walking to enter the chamber of Parliament.
But he was shunned.
Both men were at the venue to hear the outgoing President Mahama deliver his last State of the Nation Address to Parliament, Thursday.
