Englishman Steve Pollack has been warned about vices in the technical setup of Kotoko by Shilla Alhassan barely a few hours after being confirmed as new coach of the club.
Pollack has been the handed Kotoko coaching job which became vacant following the exit of Croatian trainer Zdravko Logarusic.
The Englishman will be expected to turn things around following their recent poor form.
Alhassan who was axed as team manager some few weeks ago has cautioned the new coach of the impediment which may come his way.
“What I observed at my time with the technical team was that there were gossips at the club and if Pollack is to be appointed, management must have wary of all these gossips in the technical team.”
“Some things must be done right if management wants to grind results. For instance, Ablordey was the assistant coach, physical trainer and even a team manager and that was very wrong.”
Pollack is expected to lead the team through the second round of the league.
