A parliamentary aspirant of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) for the Navrongo Central Constituency has expressed regret that the party kept on losing the seat to the New Patriotic Party (NPP).
Mr Samson T. Chiragia, in an interview with GNA in Navrongo, said the NDC was working hard to wrest the seat from the NPP in the 2012 Election.
The aspirant said he would develop the human resource base of the youth and empower them to engage in small-scale business if he wins the election to represent the people.
Mr Chiragia said: “I will build their capacities in the small scale business to ensure that they become self sufficient and help them to access funding from non-governmental organizations”.
