An Accra circuit court presided over by Eric Kyei Baffour has granted bail to the football administrator of Mighty Jets and nine other officials of the Narcotics Control Board.
Abubakar Nallah and the NACOB officials are standing trial for various drug related offences.
Each has been granted a 70 thousand cedi bail with one surety. They are also required to deposit their passports with the court.
The suspects were arrested in August for allegedly assisting various persons to import and export cocaine in and out of the country between 2009 and 2011.
Counsel for Nallah, Dominic Ayene is hopeful his client will be out of prison custody on Tuesday, by which time all bail conditions may have been met.
He is to return to court on November 8, when the trial is set to begin.
He told Joy News the state has no case against his client.
He argued Abu Sundoko pleaded not guilty to the charges leveled against him and will prove his case when trial begins.
