President John Mills is set to arrive, Saturday after a return trip to the US.
Sources at the Castle told Myjoyonline.com the president will arrive at 12:30 in the afternoon from a trip heavily criticised by the opposition.
Shortly before the president departed the shores of Ghana on the eve of Christmas, Director of Communications at the Castle, Koku Anyidoho told Joy News president Mills was to conclude business transactions with some investors in the US but the opposition argued no serious business could be transacted during the Christmas festivities.
The president had only returned to Ghana after several weeks on holidays and official visit to Canada but Anyidoho explained a number of investors had lined up to meet him. He was to spend ten days.
He is however expected back into the country later today.
