Report: No government school in Old Fadama

Every Ghanaian is entitled to good quality education. And at the basic level, it’s supposed to be free and compulsory. But for residents of Old Fadama here in Accra, that right appears to be a luxury many of them cannot afford. With no government school in the community, parents pay exorbitant fees to put their children in school. Those who are unable to afford, leave their children to roam the streets. Fiifi Koomson spent sometime in the community and did the attached report.
