Sadat Bukari, the head striker of Kpando Heart of Lions has said that hard work, discipline, focus and determination were the keys to success in any field of endeavour especially in sports.
He said without them, a sportsman's potentials for greatness cannot be developed to make him recognisable.
Speaking to the GNA Sports after their Onetouch Premier League match against Sekondi Hasaacas at the Sekondi Gyandu Park on Sunday, he said young footballers could excel if they learnt how to motivate themselves.
Bukari said vigorous training meant that one had to sacrifice a lot since at the end such a sacrifice would pay over a period.
The striker therefore reminded young footballers to be determined and not allow anything to interrupt their careers.
He reminded the youth that success cannot be achieved through short cuts and took the opportunity to express his appreciation to his team manager and other sports personalities for the wonderful support they have offered him.Lions won the match 4:2.Source GNA
