The Black Queens have planned to pitch camp in Ethiopia ahead of their crucial Africa Women’s championship final round second leg qualifier against Cameroon on June 17.
The Female senior national team qualification chances hang by a thread after drawing 1-1 at the Accra sports stadium two weeks ago.
The Chairman of the Black Queens Management Committee Alhaji Adam Munkaila in an interview with JOY Sports noted that, pitching camp in Ethiopia will aid their qualification.
“We chose Ethiopia because we have a friendly with their national team and it is a convenient place to train”.
“I believe we will make use of the facilities there to enhance our preparations ahead of the game”.
The Black Queens must beat Cameroon to pick a slot at the tournament to be played in Equatorial Guinea later this year.
