Former President John Agyekum Kufuor, would address the Second Danquah Institute's Liberty Lecture.
According to a statement released Sunday, the lecture will be on the theme: “Development in Freedom: Empowering the People to Develop the Nation”.
The venue of the lecture is the Accra International Conference Centre on Thursday, August 16.
The event which would start at 6PM will be chaired by Madam Ama Busia.
