A late equaliser by King Faisal denied Hearts of Oak the chance to escape the relegation zone on the last day of the first round matches in the Glo Premier League.
Prince Boateng scored in the 89th minute as Faisal rallied back to draw 1-1 with the Phobians at the Baba Yara Stadium on Sunday.
Hearts, who have won just three times, lost six and drawn six times sit at 14th on the log with 15 points from a possible 45 points from the first round.
Robin Gnagne put David Duncan's side in front after 31 minutes as the Phobians managed to push back the home side.
They successfully held onto until the 89th minute when Boateng drew Faisal level and handed them a share of the spoils.
Hearts will hope for better fortune as they will shockingly begin the second round in the relegation zone.
