Members of the New Juaben North Constituency branch of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) have expressed their appreciation to President John Dramani Mahama for his nomination of Dr Omani Boamah as Minister for Communications.
Speaking through the Ghana News Agency at Koforidua on Friday after the announcement of the second batch of nominations by the President, the New Juaben North Constituency Organizer of NDC, Mr Hackman Kabore said the members of the party in the constituency, especially the young ones were very happy about the President's recognition of the contribution of Dr Omani Boamah to the growth and progress of the party in the constituency.
He said such recognition often inspired the youth of the party to give of their best with the hope that at the appropriate time their efforts and contribution would be recognized by the party and the people of Ghana.
He called on the youth of Ghana to pray for God’s guidance for all young people who would be given any political appointment for them to excel and open opportunities for the youth of Ghana to be given the opportunity to participate in taking decisions that would decide the destiny of the country.
