A 10-member delegation from Chariotteville in USA is expected in Effutu Municipality to explore avenues towards development in the area.
They would establish a sister city relationship in business, education, culture and tourism.
This was announced by Mr Matthew Quayeson, Effutu Municipal Coordinating Director, at the maiden meeting of a 14-member Planning Committee at Winneba on Friday.
The delegation is expected in the country on April 26.
He said the delegation would participate in this year’s Aboakyer Festival of the chiefs and people of the area to see how best it could be developed into a tourist attraction.
The delegation will visit Cape Coast and Elmina Castles and Kakum National Park.
