The Meteorological Services Department has warned of another rainstorm on Wednesday.
But the Meteorological Service said the storm is not likely to be on the same scale as Saturday’s.
It said the upper parts of the Volta region, the Eastern, Ashanti and Brong Ahafo regions and other inland areas will experience strong winds, however the coastal belt will be quite mild.
“Over the coastal areas the intensity would not be as we experienced over the weekend. But when one moves towards the forest areas … it is going to produce very strong winds,” the Chief Meteorological Officer, Reverend Steve Nyakotey Kwaw told Joy News.
