Much of his success has been his ability to dovetail so beautifully with the likes of Xavi and Andres Iniesta. "To say one is better than the other is very difficult because the two of them seem very similar in the way they are scoring goals. Ronaldo has been accused of disappearing in the matches that really matter and, while that is not always the case, it is not a criticism that can be levelled at Messi.
