Delivering on its commitment to enriching lives through limitless connectivity, internet service provider, Busy has launched its mobile app for android devices.
The mobile app, known as My Busy4G is aimed at enhancing the customer experience for all Busy 4G users while empowering them to enjoy self-service at all times.
The mobile app was launched at a breakfast meeting with Busy’s corporate clients in Accra, Thursday.
Head of Marketing at Busy, Linda Narh, indicated the app was to provide convenience, ease of accessibility and speedy response to all customer needs.
“Customers can now download the app from google play store and log into the self-care service using their unique log-in details”, she told JOY BUSINESS.
Users can easily top up and bundle data, track their data usage and take full control of their data usage on the Busy 4G network with the app.
Busy rebranded and launched its 4G service in January this year.
Addressing clients, CEO of Busy, Praveen Sadalage reiterated his outfit’s commitment to large corporate institutions, Small to Medium Enterprises and SOHOs (Small Office Home Office).
He said, “in line with this commitment we have invested in our service infrastructure to enable us to meet the growing demands of the business sector”.
Busy started operations in Ghana in 2001 to provide high-quality internet services. Busy currently offers a range of services including, a cyber café, business services which operate from its head office in Accra and high-speed internet connectivity to businesses and high-end households
