The Chairman of the Accra Great Olympics, Mr Eric Alotey Odai is said to have resigned his posts with immediate effect.
Mr J.K. E Edzie, Secretary of the Board of Directors of Olympics in a release said the Board has at its meeting on Monday, August 27, accordingly 'accepted the resignation and wish Mr Odai well in all his future endeavours'.
Mr Odai is credited with ably handling affairs of the 'Wonder Club' from Division One after their relegation and guided the Club back into the Premier League.
No reasons have so far been assigned for his resignation.
Meanwhile the Board of Directors has appointed a three- member Interim Management Committee to manage the affairs of the Club.
They are Mr Alex Odoi, Mr Humphrey Williams and Mr Samuel Wellington.Source: GNA
