Coach David Duncan has signed a two-year contract with Kumasi Asante Kotoko.
That was done at 1:45pm at the club’s secretariat in Kumasi on Wednesday.
The former Hearts, Ashantigold and Great Olympics coach arrived in Kumasi earlier in the day.
He subsequently met Kotoko officials after which the signing took place.
Duncan, who accompanied Kotoko to Algeria and was in fact on the bench when the Porcupines drew goalless against MC El Eulma is expected to be formally introduced to the media and the general public on Thursday, 9:30am at the club’s secretariat.
As earlier reported, Coach David Duncan replaces Coach Mas-ud Didi Dramani, who was asked to proceed on leave last month by Kotoko’s Board of Directors after a string of unimpressive results.
