There is some disturbing news coming from Dambai in the Krachi West constituency as some youth reportedly took EC officials hostage.
The reports say when the ballots were collated and results declared, the youth apparently unhappy with the outcome seized the EC officials and held them hostage.
Joy News’ Agbeko Ben Coffie reports that some ballot boxes were taken away and two of them burnt.
The officials involved and their families have been rescued by a police and military contingent and are under police protection.
