Ghana midfielder Michael Essien says Chelsea’s players have total faith in manager Carlo Ancelotti.The English League title holders have been struggling this season putting the Italian manager under pressure.It is feared that the trigger happy club owner Roman Abrahamovic could sack Ancelotti as they are languishing fifth on the table.But the Ghana ace has no doubts he is playing for one of the best coaches in the world.Essien said: “Carlo is a great coach.“He’s always with his players, giving us advice.
