On August 27, around 0800 hours, the complainant left for town and returned hours later to find Asumadu in her room and raised an alarm which attracted other tenants to the scene.
The prosecution said after a close observation it was discovered that the accused had access to the room through the ceiling.
The accused, however, threatened to beat the complainant when she later approached him to demand her missing GH¢25 (250,000 cedis)
Inspector Bekoe said the complainant reported the case to the police and Asumadu was arrested.
