Asante Kotoko keeper Felix Annan has been ruled out one month after he suffered an injury in their opening league fixture against WAFA last Saturday.
The 22 year-old shot stopper was stretched off the in 24th minute after clashing with first goalscorer Charles Boateng.
The former WAFA keeper had to be stretchered off the field and endured double agony as his side lost 2-0 at Sogakope Park.
Scans have revealed that Annan will only be out for a month.
Annan has now joined the club’s ever-growing injury list which include, Isaac Amoako, Kwame Boateng, Frank Sarfo Gyamfi, Dauda Mohammed, Theophilus Nyame and Jackson Owusu.
Kotoko's next league fixture is another away game against Medeama after their game with Ashantigold was postponed due to the involvement of the Miners in continental action.
