The Bank has been adjudged the Best Bank in Ghana at the recently held EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa) Finance African Banking Awards in London. This is the 3rd consecutive time the Bank has won this award.
At the Banker Awards, also held in London, Fidelity Bank again won the Best Bank in Ghana.
The Managing Director of Fidelity Bank, Mr. Jim Baiden who received the award in London, noted that having been recognized both locally and internationally is a demonstration that the Bank is staying true to its resolve of offering top-notch service to its customers as well as providing unique products and services tailored to meet the needs of all customers.
