Fidelity Bank in partnership with MTN is rewarding 1, 900 customers in the month of August, which is the MTN Mobile money month.
Within the month of August, customers who perform any Mobile Money transaction at Fidelity Bank will receive airtime of their choice immediately a customer performs a mobile money transaction.
By this gesture, Fidelity Bank is supporting MTN to celebrate the MTN Mobile Money month.
Fidelity Bank currently offers an array of services via the MTN mobile money platform that are designed to make financial services readily available and easily accessible to Ghanaians.
MTN Mobile Money customers can receive international remittance from UK, US, Asia, Europe directly into their mobile wallets. Fidelity is the only bank in Ghana that allows you to receive international remittance directly into your mobile wallet.
Other services available at Fidelity Bank using the MTN Mobile Money include bill payment, payment of insurance premiums, uploading salaries and paying employees at a go.
In a meeting between the management of Fidelity Bank and MTN, Mr. Edward Effah, the Managing Director of Fidelity Bank, assured MTN of continued partnership and expressed the optimism that the partnership will greatly enhance the lives of their customers.
Mr. Effah stated that the Bank has a lot more in store for MTN Mobile Money customers who use the Fidelity Bank platform.
“Fidelity Bank is also giving customers the opportunity to link their Mobile Money wallet to their Fidelity Bank account, to enable them pull and push funds from their wallet to their bank account and vice-versa to make life flexible for them”.
Account holders can also perform normal ATM transactions of cash withdrawal without an ATM card on all 110 Fidelity Bank ATMs by generating a token number from their phones.
Fidelity Bank is the largest private indigenous bank and the 6th largest in terms of deposit. The Bank has about 80 branches, 110 ATMs and 500 agent points nationwide.
