Committee will set up huge screens at Accra Sports Stadium and El-Wak Stadium so those who can gain access to Independence Square can converge at the stadia to watch. Police announce measures. Public must abide by temporary closure of some roads from 8 - 10th August. Roads to be closed. 28th February Road to be closed High Street will be blocked at CEPS intersection Osu Cemetery Traffic intersection will be closed Obassanjo Highway will be sealed at Kanda intersection Vehicles will not be allowed through the closed roads except approved for purposes of funeral. Wrongly parked vehicles will be towed. Public must conduct themselves properly They must avoid unlawful acts Should not bring motorbikes No drink-driving Be vigilant and report trouble makers.
