The Ghana Football Association(GFA) has indicated that they are making arrangements to organize a novel competition that will keep premier league clubs active following the delay in the start of this season’s premier league.
The premier league clubs have resorted in playing friendly matches to keep their players in shape.
But the Ghana FA wants to put in place a well-planned programme to keep the clubs active.
“We have put in place a three-man committee to come up with proposals that will keep clubs busy whiles the Court case is going on,” said President of the Ghana FA Kwesi Nyantakyi
“That committee is made up of Mr. Fred Pappoe, Mr. Cudjoe Fianoo and Mr. Doku who are expected to submit a proposal very soon for approval to the executive commit for approval and implementation.
“We will explore avenues to secure money to support the clubs to play this novel competition which will occupy the vacuum created arising from the absence of the league,”
