CK Akunnor has trained Hearts of Oak twice ahead of his first official match as new coach of the team this weekend on match day 21 of the GLO Premier league.The former Black Stars Captain has been brought in to halt the Phobians slide in the league with rivals Asante Kotoko opening a nine point lead with just 10 matches to end the season. And his first task will be to avenge the team’s 2-0 defeat to Liberty Professionals in the first round at the Accra Sports stadium this Sunday.In an interview with JOY Sports CK Akunnor stated that, he is aiming for a good start in only his second premier league coaching job.“I’m not tensed but it’s always good to feel pressure since it gives you the edge”.
