The injury crisis in the Black Stars team continues as Mubarak Wakaso and Asamoah Gyan again visit the treatment room.The two players picked up minor injuries in the first match against DR Congo and passed the fitness test for yesterday’s clash with Mali.But team doctor, Baba Adams has confirmed midfielder Mubarak Wakaso will undergo an MRI scan today to ascertain the state of the injury to his knee.Wakaso who scored Ghana’s goal from the spot against Mali was carried off in the second half.He did not train with his colleagues this morning and was joined by captain, Asamoah Gyan, Anthony Annan and Richmond Boakye Yiadom on the sidelines at Nelson Mandela Municipal University.Gyan was rested as a precautionary measure after picking up some knocks. Both Annan and Boakye Yiadom are still recovering from injuries.Both Annan and Boakye Yiadom are recovering from injuries."Annan will rest for two days and Boakye-Yiadom for three days after which they will be examined again and when found fit, they will resume training,” team doctor, Baba Adams told the official website of the Ghana FA.
