Olympique Lyon forward, Ernest Nuamah, scored his first goal of the season for the French side, in their 3-2 win over Eintracht Frankfurt on Thursday.
Nuamah’s 54th minute strike proved to be the winner, in a highly entertaining encounter.
The 21 year old has struggled for game time so FA this season, being restricted to just seven starts.
He is positive his performance and goal will earn him more minutes in the coming months.
”I needed this so much and I have been working hard for this.
”I was out at the beginning of the season, then I came back into the squad. I’m so happy and proud to score my first goal and hopefully more will follow,” he said.
